The Old Post Office B&B - Lymm

Cute hosts provided attentive service and even treated us to a glass of wine upon arrival. The secure garden was a perfect haven for our dogs, offering a relaxing space to unwind in the evening. Noise from low-flying aircraft was occasionally disruptive, and the Wi-Fi connection could be unreliable at times. Some areas in the room could benefit from a refresh to enhance the overall experience.

I had 1 night in Lymm, spending the time here lovely. I liked the breakfast with a wide range of fabulous food.

Had superb relaxing 5 nights in this hotel that's why I truly enjoyed that. I was offered a room with exceptional views of garden. An electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave were provided. The location was gorgeous and great, in the guest area, in the very quiet area. Also, Dunham Massey Hall & Gardens was situated just 1 km away.

Spacious rooms with comfy furnishings. Having a cozy lounge area to unwind in, complete with interesting reading materials, allowed for a comfortable end to the day.

Decor could use a refresh. Several guests mentioned it felt outdated and in need of a sprucing up. The carpets and towels also seemed past their prime, affecting the overall impression of cleanliness. While the location is lovely, be prepared for occasional noise from low-flying aircraft, which might disrupt the tranquil vibe at times. Lastly, there were some issues with broadband and TV signals that could stand improvement, which might make it tough if you depend on those for downtime.

We enjoyed three tranquil nights in a spacious room with a lovely ensuite. The lounge offered a cozy spot to relax and plan our outdoor adventures. Don't miss the good local walks or the nearby pubs for dinner-ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration!

Just an appropriate option for a rapid stop in Lymm with very good value for money. The secure garden was a great spot to relax and enjoy some quiet time. Check out the local pubs for dinner.

the location was beautiful , but the wifi wasn’t great. the spacious room came with delightful snacks and a lovely tea/coffee selection. The warm hospitality made us feel right at home and the breakfast options were so generous!

The old post office is a lovely spot in the countryside. The hosts are friendly and genuinely care about making your stay special. I especially appreciated the welcome glass of fizz and the breakfast available at my convenience. Our room had a beautiful view of the sunset and was so peaceful, surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Paul and michelle were friendly. The location is peaceful, with great outdoor dining spaces, and it was nice to have the option of bringing our own food in the evening. So many places to explore nearby!

A slight cleanliness oversight in the en-suite bathroom detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Ideal location right in the heart of things! Plus, you can easily reach the nearby pub, enjoy the beautiful garden, and have quick access to Manchester airport ✈️.
